Both people that I dealt with at Rixon home inspection were very pleasant and very knowledgable. The inspector was incredibly detailed and informative and honest. We really appreciated the report and in addition to that, he explained very well what he saw and answered follow up questions about the implications of what he found as well. Roger was excellent and I would highly recommend him. It was extremely easy to schedule a home inspection. Following that he was extremely thorough during the inspection. He encouraged us to attend the inspection with him, and took the time to walk my wife and I through the house. During the walkthrough he took his time to explain everything in the house, he answered any and all questions we had. He caught several large issues that we had overlooked completely, there was not a faucet or outlet that was not checked. The report Roger provided documented everything and provided suggestions as well. He even continues to answer our calls and questions related to home repairs and issues. I almost wish we were buying a house again soon so we could work with him again. Thank you again Roger!!!
