Changing an established sprinkler system to suit new planting is one of the jobs homeowners describe hiring Intelligent Irrigation for. The Harwich company advertises irrigation installation and redesign, repairs, maintenance, winterization, backflow testing and landscape lighting for residential and commercial clients. It says it has operated since 2013 and draws on more than 50 years of combined team experience. Its stated Cape Cod service area runs from Sandwich and Barnstable through Harwich, Chatham and Orleans to Wellfleet and Truro. In a June 2026 Google account, a homeowner says the company called back five minutes after being contacted. Gigi sent Steve to investigate the existing system across the property. The homeowner wanted drip irrigation for new foundation plants while retaining sprayers for the grass. After the planting and backflow replumbing, Lisa and Rahn arrived expecting to fix leaks but stayed all day reconfiguring the irrigation for the new plants. They also found a way to get water flowing temporarily until they could connect to the new plumbing. The same team later returned to complete the setup and fix the leaks. The review dates the account to June; it describes several stages of work. A July 2026 reviewer describes a separate experience: the owner checked the lawn and pump over a weekend. A few weeks later, after a landscaper cut an irrigation line, the customer says the company responded quickly and checked the watering coverage and timing. Google shows a five-star average from 12 ratings, while Thumbtack shows five stars from 18 ratings. Older customers describe installations and repairs as well. In a November 2019 Thumbtack review, a customer says Rob and his crew responded immediately to a quote request and delivered and installed a system within days. That customer also credited Rob's recommendation with saving money and described his arrival to shut the system down for winter. A June 2025 Google reviewer says Rob arrived the next day after a late-day call, identified additional problems and moved the work schedule forward to accommodate the customer. In June 2024, another Google customer praised Irene's scheduling help and Ran's work on site. A November 2025 Thumbtack customer described quick completion at a fair price. Angi lists free estimates and states that the business does not offer emergency service.
