Do not hire them! They installed our stone front stairs with shoddy workmanship and increased costs due to "scope creep". Some of our stones are already falling off less than a year later and they never repaired damages they made to our property during the installation. After a poor review online they came back to inspect our stairs, said they never would have signed off on it and would be back in a week. I stead of fixing them, they blocked our number and never came back. Avoid them at all costs.

The work promised was not done, my chimney now lacks the lining and a cap, it was claimed to be inserted "internally" which turned out to be a non-existant phenomenon. The work was extremely expensive, the cost skyrocketed after the work got started. I never received any paperwork and was only given an invoice at the end of the work and just before the final payment. The requested photos of the interior were never provided. The heavy debris and equipment were left on the property and were never picked up after numerous phone calls. And finally, when the heat was turned on, the basement got filled with the gas /smoke since the broken pieces of ceramic lining from above completely blocked the airflow through the flue. When I called James, I received a very rude dismissive response, and any further communication was not answered to, in spite of the 25 year warranty.

Do not Hire James do yourself the favor, his service is overpriced and and not worth it. He gave me a price then kept goin up on it. after the work was "done" he left a mess a behind said he was comming back never did do not give him an y more of your money
