I am very pleased with the patio the team created for me. They were fast and reliable and the results are beautiful.
Daniel and the team did a great job with our driveway. it was definitely a small project, so it took a bit of time to get it scheduled with them, but it turned out great! thanks guys!

I would strongly recommend you do not hire this company. They will talk themselves up and show you pictures of other work they have done, but I am skeptical of anything they have for photos as everything on their website is also stock photos that they did not do themselves. The 2 owners, Tom and Dan, sold me on the beauty of their work and how they build everything by hand and other companies just slap things together and give you an inferior product. They convinced me buying precast staircases was not the way to go and that they would hand build me two beautiful staircases that would last forever. I had both staircases built, a retaining wall installed, and my driveway paved. Both staircases have failed inspection. To give you an idea of how poorly built they are, the first step onto the staircase in the back of the house is only 6 inches off the ground, the top step into the house is 10 inches. Code requires that risers not exceed 3/8ths of an inch height difference between risers, this was 4 inches. On top of that the staircase landings are not square, the width of each step varies because they did not cut the limestone treads to the same lengths, and there was no foundation poured. I was informed of all of this by the chief building inspector of Quincy. Additionally, while using a bobcat on my property, they caved in a portion of my basement. It took them roughly a day of labor just to repair the concrete blocks they had pushed into the basement. They do not pull permits for large scale jobs, and they do not have a valid license for construction of staircases. They simply provide you with a home improvement contractor license, which is not a license that is valid for the type of work they do. On top of that, the license they provide you does not belong to them. They cannot provide any insurance information, and their website and company address are all fabricated. One of them brought a child around age 11 or 12 onto the jobsite for multiple days to work, and the child was operating the bobcat during the job.
Stonecraft did an amazing job with repaving our driveway. Dan and his team are complete professionals with great attention to detail. I highly recommend them for any paving or other masonry job.
