That 2023 customer said Edward came over at 4pm, Ramon then came to take apart the breaker box and test the suspect outlet and breakers, and by about 6pm that evening the breaker and outlets had been replaced. In a 2023 review, a customer working on a roof installation said Ion fit them in the next day to replace a roof fan, and also added a shut-off switch.
