Irripro is a Lawrence, Massachusetts irrigation and landscape-lighting company whose reviews keep naming its owner, Ryan, by name for coming out himself and running the crew. In a recent review, one customer praised the technician, Michael, as attentive and respectful while turning on the irrigation system for the season, adding that Irripro does this every year. Several 2022 reviews describe Ryan and his crew as professional and quick to get on the schedule. In a 2024 review, a customer described a technician missing the scheduled window and confusion over how to pay after a mailed check went missing. In a 2023 review, another customer said the technician arrived nearly two hours late for a scheduled appointment with no follow-up call.
I love Irripro. They responded quickly to turning on my system, as they do each year and Michael, my technician, was very attentive in listening to my concerns and very respectful.
Irripro is excellent and should be your first choice for irrigation and landscape lighting. Staff is knowledgeable, dependable and simply awesome! They fixed 2 problems no one else wanted to take on and did a fantastic job in resolving the issues. Bravo!
Absolutely incredible job!! These guys are the real deal and I can honestly say the level of “customer satisfaction” was second to none. Ryan is not only just a knowledgeable business owner when it comes to all things related to irrigation needs, but he is seriously a great person along with his workers, Michael and Oliver. From start to finish Ryan was as good as it gets and if anyone is reading this review you will not regret hiring them, I promise! Thank you again
Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. The tech does not show up during the provided window. When I asked how to pay him, he responds, “I have no clue, you’ll have to contact the office.” After receiving an emailed invoice, I mailed a check that “never arrived.” After weeks of trying to get in contact with them via calls and emails, I resubmitted payment online. A week and a half later, I am still receiving emails for an overdue bill and yet again, when I try to reach out, no one answers the phone. Find another company that has their act together. Response: It’s hilarious to me that when you’re a paying customer trying to contact you, communication is impossible, but of course you respond to a review immediately and then follow it up with a sarcastically rude “private” email. You’re right, I used you once, a year ago, and it was a lot smoother last year probably because I didn’t notice the fees you added when paying online that can be avoided by check unless that’s new this year, but couldn’t remember how I paid you from the previous year and being a proactive person, I asked your tech who didn’t “know” how your system worked either and if your own employee doesn’t know, how would I remember from a year ago. But best of luck bud. Response again: The point of this original review was to provide honest feedback based on my experience. My hope was that first: the company would read it, reflect on how they handled business with a returning paying customer, and learn from their mistakes. Second: I wanted to help others avoid the headache and stress it caused me. The last thing I believe an honest customer deserves, is to be called a liar when trying to do just that. Here’s all the proof- two of the emails I sent were weeks apart trying to solve the issue with none and then minimal response, the emails they privately sent me after this review was posted, and the invoice of an almost $5 credit card fee, not $1 like they tried saying to me in their not-so-professional private email. Maybe THIS will help 1.) the company learn how to handle their business and how to respect their customers, and 2.) help others understand how this business treats those that they have made mistakes with.
You are very prompt at invoicing! You are not prompt at all when it comes to updating the customer. My appointment was yesterday between 7 and 11 AM. The technician came at 12:45. I called and left a message which went unanswered. No return call. Please respect the customer’s schedule. You are very unprofessional. You did the same thing last year. See ya!
