Jamie and Erik were fantastic to work with—professional, friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. Jamie’s rug and carpet cleaning knowledge is impressive. In just a short time, he could explain what kind of rug we had, its general age, and what type of care it needed. He was honest about the best cleaning and repair options and clearly explained what would be worth doing. They were very thoughtful and never tried to upsell unnecessary work. If a certain repair would cost more than the rug was worth, they were upfront about it. At the same time, they made it clear how much new life proper rug cleaning, stain treatment, and repair could bring back. Our rug came back looking fresh, beautiful, and fully revived. We are extremely happy with the detailed work Jamie, Erik, and the team did. They handled our family rug with great care, especially since it had major damage and needed extensive repair. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall carpet and rug service were excellent. Pricing was also very fair for the amount of work involved. We absolutely plan to bring in more rugs for cleaning and repair and would gladly recommend them to friends.

Collin did an excellent job deep cleaning the carpet in our three bedrooms, the carpeted stairs, and even added a last-minute area rug cleaning for a fair price. The carpets looked fresh, bright, and much cleaner when the work was finished. Everyone we dealt with was professional, polite, on time, and easy to communicate with, so we always knew what to expect. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and a big relief, and the quality of the carpet cleaning really stood out.

Over the next several days, they returned often to monitor the drying, confirm everything was on track, and make sure the area was being properly cleaned and restored. I called J&m Carpet Cleaners and had a really great experience from the start. The customer service on the phone was friendly and helpful, and I also got a text reminder the day before the appointment, which was very convenient and easy to keep track of. Erik called when on the way and was polite and professional. Once there, Erik was kind to me and my kids, explained the carpet cleaning process clearly, and got right to work. Erik answered my questions about a few spots and areas of concern in the carpet, gave helpful information about drying and airflow, and worked very efficiently without rushing the quality of the job. Jamie was also great to work with. The whole visit felt organized, smooth, and stress free. The carpets looked much cleaner when the work was finished, and everything was left neat before leaving. Overall, it was a very positive carpet cleaning service experience, and I would definitely recommend giving them a call.
This is the third time I’ve used this carpet cleaning service for my home, and they always do an excellent job. They clean my upholstered furniture thoroughly and leave it looking fresh and almost like new. That is not easy because my sofa is a light cream color and has plenty of age and wear. I also have a handmade silk and wool area rug in my living room that needs very careful specialty rug cleaning. Jamie takes it to the shop for the proper treatment and detailed care it requires, and it always comes back looking beautiful. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely keep using them for my furniture, rug, and carpet cleaning needs.
