A 2025 customer said Eric, delivering oil, knocked on the door to say he had accidentally knocked over an old flower pot and tried to give $20 to replace it. A 2024 customer on automatic delivery said that after an oil leak in the basement, the company contacted someone to service it and someone was there within 20 minutes. A 2026 customer wrote that the company always called back when they left a message. A recent customer called the service very rude. A 2026 customer of five years said the office's answering machine was always full when they kept calling. A 2025 customer said they called again and again for oil and the company did not call back. A 2025 customer said the woman they spoke with on the phone was rude, and the company could not make the delivery they asked for on a Friday. A 2022 customer said the delivery driver took their check out of its envelope and bags and threw the wrappings in the yard. A 2022 customer said the delivery driver left oil hand prints on their new siding. A 2021 customer said the price went up after the order, the delivery came in smaller than ordered at a higher price than agreed, and the delivery ticket had been altered by hand; that customer said they forwarded the complaint to the RI Attorney General office of Consumer Protection.
