I’ve been a customer in Wakefield for 14 years. TH Malloy offers outstanding, professional service for both fuel delivery and installation of tanks and equipment. Over the years, I’ve had more than a dozen service calls (heating and A/C) and have been extremely satisfied. TH Malloy is a reliable, trustworthy old-style customer service company. I had an oil tank leak after normal business hours and called for assistance. I was fortunate to get in touch with Jack. He was excellent from start to finish. He arrived within the timeframe he provided, quickly assessed the situation, and did a great job explaining the process and what needed to be done. Jack also did a great job of temporarily rectifying the issue and making sure the situation was under control. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire visit. It was reassuring to have someone respond promptly, show up when they said they would, and take the time to clearly explain everything. I really appreciated Jack’s professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. I would definitely recommend Jack and T.H. Malloy and Sons, Inc to anyone who needs reliable and professional service.
Highly Recommend I recently purchased a new home and, during the inspection, was told that the oil tank needed to be replaced. I reached out to T.H. Malloy and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience so far. From the very beginning, they have been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. They provided me with multiple estimates and different tank options, which made it easy to understand my choices without feeling pressured. They are also handling the permitting process with the town, which has been a huge help. We’re currently waiting for the permit to be completed so the work can be scheduled, but based on my experience so far, I have complete confidence that the job will be handled just as professionally. Excellent customer service and communication. I’m very pleased and would absolutely recommend T.H. Malloy!
Had to replace a 70+ year old tank the hard way - up the stairs and through the kitchen! Jack did a phenomenal job start to finish. Very professional.
We love T.H.Malloy. They are always there when you need them. Great price. Great personality and professional. Thank you 🙏
