Its website offers free estimates and names Worcester and nearby towns including Auburn, Grafton, Holden, Leicester, Millbury, Northborough, Shrewsbury, West Boylston and Westborough. The work described by customers extends from lawn upkeep to walls. In an October 2024 review, a homeowner described a new retaining wall with solid construction and a design they liked, along with annual leaf cleanup. A November 2024 customer praised a stone wall in front of the house and weekly mowing. Another November 2024 account said Jeff and his crew cleared leaves from both the customer's yard and a neighbor's yard where those leaves had blown. An April 2025 reviewer described spring yard cleanup. Some customers described relationships over several years. In October 2024, one said Jeff had cared for their lawn for three years, handled small projects, and answered calls and texts; another described five years as a customer. A separate October 2024 account praised a quick quote, mowing and leaf cleanup by Jeff and an associate before a fall barbecue, as well as affordability. Stephanie's November 2024 review described the owner's responsiveness during fall cleanup and further landscaping, and praised the team's attention to detail. Google lists a 4.7-star average from 30 ratings. Two June 2025 reviewers described service problems. One complained of unprofessional conduct and language barriers. The other explicitly named J-Slaguero Landscaping LLC, saying a planned visit was missed without cancellation or rescheduling, texts went unanswered, and a call ended with being hung up on. An October 2025 positive review instead named Shawn and his crew, praising reliability and reasonable pricing. Those names differ from the website's Jeff and J Landscape LLC.
