J Ortiz Cleaning Services

J Ortiz Cleaning Services describes its work as cleaning for homes, offices, churches, retail spaces and commercial facilities throughout Manchester and the Hartford area, and says it has been in business six years. On Google it holds 4.9 stars from 68 ratings. A recent customer said Marcos and Jessica Ortiz own and run the company, with house cleaners led and trained by Jessica. A customer who called them for carpet cleaning said Marcos arrived promptly, as scheduled, and spent more time cleaning than expected; asked about it, he said "I want to do a good job." A recent homeowner had the house deep cleaned the day before a showing and said the digital booking system made the process easy. An office client said it switched to J Ortiz after a previous company left parts of the office not clean the next day, and still uses them for its facility. A 2026 customer who hired them to clean Martinez boxing gym said they found the customer's son's 14 karat two-finger ring and returned it. A 2025 customer had them in for a post-construction clean and said the kitchen deep clean was exactly what they were looking for. In 2024, a customer said Marcos handled a time-sensitive one-time clean of a family member's apartment while that relative was in the hospital, and that Jessica did the cleaning and arrived early. A 2023 customer said the company sent two women who spent 3 full hours on a 2000 sq ft home, dusting, vacuuming, washing floors and cleaning 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, and brought their own cleaning supplies. A 2022 customer described online quoting and payment options that included Venmo. One booking limit to know: a 2025 customer gave one star because the service does not do dishes, not even for an extra fee.
