I can't even put into words how happy I am with my project! We had a huge renovation ranging from a new addition, kitchen, taking down walls and adding wheelchair accessibility for our son. This renovation was a huge undertaking and Joe and his team were 100% committed and did an amazing job from beginning to end. Also while finishing the project in the time I was quoted! From the beginning there was nothing but professionalism and communication between us. Everything was seamless and meticulous, and any issue that came up was dealt with before it really even became an issue. Joe's attention to detail and organization made getting the job done right easy and made our experience less stressful than I could ever have imagined with this project! We have done several remodels to our home over the years, working with many different contractors and builders, and in absolute sincerity, this was the very first 100% stress-free project that we have ever done. Joe was reliable, professional, constantly checking in on how we felt about the project as well as checking in to ensure the quality of the people he had brought in to do the work. He discussed all monetary issues and changes with us before charging us for any detail, and was always honest about the costs of the materials, the work, and any markups he was adding on -- and these were always fair. In terms of work, the project came out far better than we had hoped for. The people that Joe brought in were wonderful, respectful, and prompt. The quality of the work is obvious in ever detail -- both in terms of structural integrity and in beauty. Honestly, we couldn't be happier.

Joe immediately got to work and was able to completely reconfigure the project based on our needs. Through the project, Joe kept us up to speed on the progress of renovation. His communication was fantastic and provided peace of mind. If any problems or unforeseen issues presented themselves, he clearly articulated the problem and we adjusted as necessary to ensure the work was completed correctly and safely. Since completion, we have been tremendously happy with the quality and the craftsmanship of his work. Joe brought on some of the best in the trades to complete all the facets of our job. From flooring to roof, siding to windows, and masonry to insulation, we have been thrilled. Finally, some of the best praise I can give Joe and JS Enterprises is the reviews from our neighbors. Not only have they complimented the finished product, but throughout the renovation they often remarked on the professionalism and care of all the individuals associated with the project.
