Todd isnt going to just show up and throw parts at it until it works. He knows his stuff. He will diagnose the problem. He will clean and replace what needs to be replaced. He always answers the phone or will call right back. Very prompt with his planned arrival times too! If you are looking for a good burner tech, stop here and save your self some stress. I stopped calling the big company who delivers our oil because their techs just cant figure it out. An example of this was it took (the big company) 12 visits to figure out why our boiler wouldnt work. It still didnt work. Then I found Todd. He came out once for an hour. He left, and its been running beautifully since.

Got our furnace running late at night on a cold night.

Todd was recommended by another person in my town when my furnace fan broke. He came over immediately and fixed the problem. Then, when the new part broke (manufacturer's fault), Todd lent us some heaters to use in the house while we waited for a new part to come in the mail.
