A water heater quit on Thanksgiving, and Shane Morin drove out and installed a new one — that's a November 2025 review, and it's a fair introduction to how 360 Plumbing & HVAC works. Morin owns the company, a Pelham, New Hampshire outfit that by its own description handles residential plumbing, heating, cooling and gas systems across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. Its Google page carries a 5-star average across 46 ratings, and the calls behind them repeat: hot water gone, heat gone, central air running but not cooling. A homeowner who called on a Friday morning in July 2026, with the upstairs central AC running but not blowing cold, had Morin call back, arrive within a few hours, find the problem and get the AC running again. Another, writing in March 2026, called about a water heater badly needing replacement; Morin came the next day and had the new one in by midday. Bigger jobs show up too. An April 2026 customer had an old pressure booster pump, hot water tank and boiler taken out and a tankless combi unit put in, with bathroom work alongside it. A couple who had waited eight months on another company to install splits met Morin at a neighbor's house, called him, and wrote in June 2026 that the job was complete ten days later — the crew ran into a glitch and stayed with it until the work was done. The rest runs wider: a new well tank in a basement (December 2025), a water treatment system after a couple bought a house on well water (September 2026), and a kitchen and bathroom remodeled by Shane and Mike, described in a May 2025 review. The gas side matters here. In February 2026 a homeowner's water heater had been shut down by the fire department over carbon monoxide; Morin came out on short notice, inspected the entire system, checked for blockages, adjusted the venting and cleaned out the dust and debris. The company's site also lists a New Hampshire master plumber licence, #231055, and a Massachusetts plumbing licence, #30803J. Price comes up more than once. The May 2026 customer replacing an HVAC system said Morin outbid the other estimates; a November 2025 customer said the company moved its schedule to fit theirs and kept the cost down against other companies they had tried. For a dead water heater, heat that won't come on or an AC that won't cool, this is a shop that answers and shows up.
