Jacob's Landscaping

Jacob's Landscaping turned one customer's overgrown yard into a space they said they could finally enjoy again — from the first walkthrough to a finished job about seven hours later. The Lunenburg, Massachusetts company, run by Richard Jacobs, handles residential and commercial landscaping, mowing, tree and shrub care, and snow and ice removal across Fitchburg, Ayer, Lunenburg, Jefferson, Holden, and Leominster. Recent reviews describe punctual, responsive crews: one customer had a tree planted with fresh soil, then mulched and seeded around it; another said a cleared area was left debris-free and called the crew easy to work with; a third, who ultimately didn't hire them, still called them pleasant to deal with. Google shows a 5-star average from six ratings, and Thumbtack shows 4.8 stars from 19 with a Top Pro badge — in a 2025 review there, a customer got a same-day quote on a larger project, and a 2022 Google review called the equipment and professionalism excellent. Its own site, its BBB profile, and its Thumbtack profile each give a different span of years in business — 15, 21, and 26 — and that Thumbtack profile lists the service area as Ipswich rather than Lunenburg, so it's worth confirming you're looking at the right local listing.
