Jaden Pontes is the electrician his customers simply call Jaden, and many of his Google reviewers say they have called him more than once or will again. Thirty Google reviews from 2023 to 2026 sit behind a 5-star Google rating from 35 ratings; the newest, from September 2026, is from a customer who says he came through and quickly solved an issue for one of their tenants. Speed shows up in specific stories. In a November 2024 review, a homeowner said he arrived less than an hour after the call to look at a power outage in the kitchen, then identified and fixed the problem. An October 2024 customer had the job completed the day after calling, and a July 2023 customer said he was at the property the same day, upgraded the electrical system a few days later, handled everything from inspection to the electric company, and came out on a Saturday when they needed him. The work runs from small fixes to whole-building jobs. A 2023 review describes a multi-family rewired with new fixtures and outlets; another 2023 customer had a whole addition wired; a third had recessed lighting put into a kitchen. A customer writing in February 2023 said he wired in a car lift at their shop and added an extra shut-off switch. In a December 2024 review, a customer whose mother's electrician had retired said Jaden gave advice over the phone before booking that resolved the issue. Several reviewers mention fair or affordable prices, and a September 2024 customer whose job on the second floor of a three-family required cutting holes in walls said the finished work looked clean.
