Thiago Handyman Services is a one-person operation run by Thiago Guimaraes out of Fall River, and the range of jobs in the reviews backs up the do-anything reputation: wall framing in a shed, roof shingles a raccoon had clawed loose, a full round of shutter repainting done in one heat-wave day, a corroded faucet trap replaced, and an RO water filter and a new outlet installed in the same visit. On Thumbtack, where it's a Top Pro with a background check on file, the business has been hired 175 times and carries a 5.0-star average across 99 ratings, 98% of them five-star. Recent activity is thin — one review in the last six months — but the written record runs from late 2024 through mid-2026 across four sources, and it holds up on jobs rather than adjectives. In a December 2024 review, a customer described the job growing bigger than expected: what looked like a leaky faucet turned out to be a fully rusted trap, replaced the same visit, and the customer went on to use Thiago for painting, woodwork, and electric work. A January 2025 review is more measured — the customer says Thiago responded quickly and assessed a plumbing issue, but it turned out more involved than expected and needed a plumber, consistent with the light-plumbing scope the business advertises rather than full licensed plumbing work. Thiago fits the small-to-midsize mixed-trade job — drywall, carpentry, light electrical and plumbing, painting — rather than anything requiring a licensed specialty trade end to end.
