Jair is a moving business based in Brockton, MA. A 2026 review says Jair moved a 400lb organ out of the basement and called him on time, friendly and efficient. In a 2024 review, Jair and his partner took the time they needed to unpack and repack items picked up from more than one location, to deliver them to the reviewer's daughter's apartment in Boston. That 2024 reviewer wrote that "You couldn't beat the price for the amount of effort put in." A separate 2024 review described a job that was more difficult than expected, with Jair professional and pleasant throughout the entire process, and named good value. A different 2026 review said he broke some of the drawers and a stabilizing middle piece on the reviewer's dresser and did not fix them, forgot the feet to the couch, and scratched the hardwood floors of the reviewer's rental. That 2026 reviewer wished he had taken better care and just done what was asked instead of offering to do more. One more 2026 review read: "Unreliable." On Thumbtack, the business lists services including local moving, piano moving, furniture assembly and junk removal, and Thumbtack shows it as background checked.

Jair was awesome. On time, friendly, and efficient. Moved a 400lb organ out of the basement. I’ll be calling on him again. Thank you Jair and team.
While Jair was very nice and punctual, and even offered to do more than I had originally asked, he broke some of the drawers and a stabilizing middle piece on my dresser and did not fix them, forgot the feet to my couch, and scratched the heck out of the hardwood floors of my rental (photos attached). I gave him extra money for the extra labor but after seeing the job I regret it. I wish he had taken better care and just did what I asked instead of offering to do more. I think it made him rush instead of taking the time required.
I was nervous because Jair brought a truck that seemed way too small for the job. I shouldn't have been. He and his partner took the time they needed to unpack and repack the items (picked up from more than one location) in order to deliver them to my daughter's apartment in Boston. You couldn't beat the price for the amount of effort put in. I recommend him!
What a lifesaver. The job was more difficult than I expected and Jair was professional and pleasant throughout the entire process. Professional, on time, great communication and good value. Would hire again.
