Jancewicz & Son is a North Walpole roofing and exterior home-improvement company that says it has served New England since 1933. Its stated work includes residential and commercial roofing, roof repair and replacement, siding, windows, doors, gutters, skylights, remodeling, carpentry, decks, additions, and spray-foam insulation. The available BBB comments are positive and refer to roofing, window, and floor work, though the review pool is small and the comments are undated. There is a serious historical safety issue to discuss before hiring. An AP report in 2018 says OSHA opened an investigation after worker Derek Goldsmith died; a 2019 Keene Sentinel report says the company had come under scrutiny for scaffolding safety violations for a second time in recent years. These reports do not establish the outcome of the investigation, so ask the company about the findings and its current job-site safety practices. For roofing or exterior renovation in southern Vermont, southern New Hampshire, or western Massachusetts, Jancewicz & Son may be worth considering, with current licensing and safety records confirmed before work begins.
