Jayson Nalen Construction

Jayson Nalen runs his construction business out of Almont Street in Winthrop, and the paper trail behind it is short: one permit, filed in March 2021 for a $1,500 office fit-out on Lee Burbank Highway in Revere — 500 square feet of floating floor and a couple of partition walls. No customer has written anything about the work, on BuildZoom or anywhere else that turned up, so there is no rating on this page. On licensing, two different records sit side by side. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor licence, CS-114127, which it says it checked as active in July 2026 — that is the licence for structural work. It also lists a Home Improvement Contractor registration, #196710, as inactive, saying the state's Consumer Affairs office shows it cancelled at some point. In Massachusetts the HIC registration is the one that covers nonstructural residential remodeling, so if you are hiring for a kitchen, a bath or a finish-carpentry job, ask him directly whether that registration is current and check both numbers with the state before signing anything.
