Can’t say enough about our experience with JD & Son. I called with concerns about the condition our duct work was in (not truly knowing when the last time any of it had been cleaned) and concerns due to my son’s allergies/respiratory illnesses. Jim and his son came by the same day to look over everything, gave me an extremely fair quote and scheduled us right away. They were professional, on time, efficient, knowledgeable. All the things you hope for when hiring someone. They even went above and beyond to do a few extras knowing my concerns with my son. Highly recommend hiring them! Thank you JD & Son for giving us peace of mind as we head into sick season ☺️

My husband and I cannot recommend this father and son company enough! Unfortunately we were working with someone else, before this company, who was supposed to fix and clean our AC unit back in the beginning of May, and he kept rescheduling us for various reasons for weeks on end. On top of that, he then just stopped answering us altogether when we were about to get a heat wave! As I am sure anyone can understand, we were very frustrated and stressed out that this issue was not only not rectified way earlier, but especially when it was going to be 100+ degrees for multiple days in a row during the upcoming heat wave. We called JD & Son Duct Cleaning based on recommendations from others who have worked with him, and the owner and his son came out the very next morning even when it was going to be 100+ degrees that same day! He was able to come out on the Friday of the same week and finished that same day providing us with a newly cleaned AC unit, and he replaced all our air ducts which were must needed as well. The other guy did not even mention the air ducts needing to be replaced which is very concerning considering that connects to our AC unit and affects the air quality in our home. Not only did this company fix our issue in a quick and timely manner on such short notice during a heat wave, but they even checked out our air dryer vent and did a thorough cleaning of that at no added cost! We felt like this company was very prompt, knowledgable, and communicated with us very well. They explained everything along the way, including tips on maintenance and plans going forward with our AC, which is something very important to us so that we can learn and stay on top of it as home owners. With that being said, my husband and I highly recommend this company, and we will definitely be working with them in the future!

Called J.D. & Son as my AC was not working. Found them to be prompt, courtious, and had good communication. Would call again .

Please see photos attached (this was removed personally AFTER they were paid to clean vent). They told me it wasn’t clogged and I needed a new dryer. Also, check out what they did to my attic. Absolute debauchery
