JD Lawn Maintenance

JD is awesome. I want to say he's the sole owner/operator of the company, but not gonna lie, im not completely sure. He lists his prices fairly. Came out the same day when i asked for an estimate for lawn maintenance. And does good work. Honest guy--had a hiccup with scheduling once, but he took care of it. Hope this company continues to grow.

I hired Jose in April 2023 after talking to multiple landscaping/lawn care companies and it is the best lawn decision I have made. He was clear about prices and they are reasonable. He accommodates special requests when he can. He also answers all of my questions with patience and ensures understanding. Throughout the summer, he came every 2 weeks on my lawn care day unless there was inclement weather and did a phenomenal job. I never had to pick up a phone to chase him and find out when he was coming! He is very respectful when he comes! I love the fact that he sends an email when the job is complete and an invoice when he charges the credit card which has a breakdown of fees and any additional comments. He has never overcharged me or ran the credit card when he shouldn’t which was a concern I had when I put a card on file. I am pleased to say the same is true when he does snow removal! Not only did he plow my driveway, but he shoveled my front walkway and porch! JD Lawn Maintenance goes above and beyond and I will remain a loyal customer. I have also referred many of my friends to him as well. I highly recommend Jose and the JD Lawn Maintenance crew.

Correction : I can’t admit when I’m wrong. in the invoices I just found them in my inbox I just never saw them. They did pretty good work. But I specifically asked them to reach out to me when they’re on their way like that I could have the dog put away and make sure I transfer funds over to cover their payment, not good communication, they stop showing up for a while because I miss one Bill payment. But also does not communicate it saying that I missed a bill payment up to I receive a invoice a month later. And when I reached out to them a month later to ask them are they’re coming that was the issue And i didn’t know I missed a payment, once I receive the invoice I paid it the same day.

I was very pleased the yard service they offered, I appreciated the communication skills of the owner, very informative, kept me on the loop throughout the process, and affordable price.

We found Joe by accident and he has truly been outstanding. His rates are reasonable and the lawn looks terrific after each visit, He responds to texts promptly and and willingly adjusts his schedule when asked.
