Its BBB profile describes commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing. Residential work has a specific caveat: a March 2020 Google reviewer said the company declined residential roofing despite a residential tab on its website, and did not offer a referral. Google lists a 3.8-star average from 18 ratings. A May 2021 reviewer whose father had worked in the shop praised its metal work. There are also complaints about company drivers. A June 2026 reviewer called them reckless; an August 2025 reviewer described being cut off on Interstate 391. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 101863, is expired according to the state registry check dated September 29, 2026. BBB also lists a construction supervisor licence number, and BuildZoom lists a Connecticut mechanical corporation licence number.
