BuildEx Construction Inc

Mike and his crew were extremely skilled in their craftsmanship and professional. We had 13 windows replaced and with several challenges, due to the age of the house and the original windows. We had a lot of wood rot and Mike recommended PVC trims, which other contractors were just going to put new windows over existing rot. I am so thankful that I selected BuildEx Construction for this job. The crew was very hard working, diligent, neat, thorough and skilled professionals. I plan to have BuildEx work on my other future projects and highly recommend this company!

As a new homeowner it is very intimidating to interact with contractors. Mike was so exceptional to deal with from the first phone-call to the final walk around. Not only did Mike take the time to explain how the job was going to be performed and what it would look like, he also made a sketch. The job performed was exactly what was discussed. From removing the rotted wood, framing with specific materials, flashing, spray foam, vinyl trim, caulking.....it was everything Mike said it would be. The job was done CLEAN and PROPERLY. The best part (which many of us can relate to when having work performed at our house) is when the job was completed, it looked like the crew wasn't even there. An extremely happy and appreciative customer. A big, genuine, thank you, to BuildEx

Mike and his crew were very professional. They performed a complete renovation of the exterior of our property including the required demolition, new window installation with related exterior and interior trim, new doors, new vinyl siding and trim, and a new shingled roofing system. Their workmanship was excellent, and the crews were courteous and neat. All the work was performed while the building was occupied and we received nothing but compliments from the existing tenants. We would definitely recommend and work with BuildEx on future projects.

We are new to the area and worked hard to find the right company for window and doors replacement and installation. After interviewing several professionals and taking bids, we went with BuildEx and are very pleased. From the first interaction, Mike has been courteous, professional and offered a fair price for his high quality craftsmanship. We had four windows, an entry door and a patio slider replaced in a little over a day. Although they discovered more rot and unsalvageable trim and casing materials in our 1960's home, then expected, the price did not change. Overall we feel lucky to have found such a quality company which I would not hesitate to recommend.
