When the hot tub at Lavender Sense stopped heating after a drain and fill, one customer called Jeff, who came right out and fixed it. That is the kind of call JJ's Peak Services answers: hot tubs and pools that have quit working. A customer with an inground salt pool said JJ's came over quickly, diagnosed the issue, ordered replacement parts and got it back up and running. Jeff came out for an emergency fix on a hot tub heater at one customer's air bnb while guests were still there, and that customer said he taught them a few tricks on running the hot tub more efficiently. One customer whose hot tub kept popping breakers expected to replace it; JJ's found the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price. On an older hot tub model, a customer said they came out, offered solutions and got them back up and going. One customer called the pricing very fair. The service area has limits: a customer with an aging pool said Jeff doesn't cover Claremont, so he put them in contact with a company that located the leak and installed a new filter and pump.
