Have had 3 services, including a repair and equipment upgrade by Wicked Pool Service. Each time was an exceptionally pleasant experience. I felt that the team was very invested in providing top notch service. Will definitely continue to use and support the business.

I reached out to Cody with a problem at the worst possible time - peak pool opening season when everyone is absolutely backed up on service work. Not only did Cody reach back out the same day, he spent 35m on the phone with me diagnosing the issue and offering suggestions that could help me resolve my issue without waiting weeks to get on any pool company’s schedule. I was not an existing customer, and he very easily and justifiably could have just taken a 2m call to put me on his schedule and leave me waiting weeks (like many others did), but took the time with no guarantee of paying business. I was able to resolve the issue purely from his support, so while this review isn’t based on his paid services, it speaks extremely highly of his willingness to help and problem solving skills. I would have no concerns recommending this company and fully Intend to use them for my future pool needs.
