JLC Construction

I recently had JLC Construction replace my sewer pipe from my house to my property line. I couldn't be more pleased with the speed and efficiency of the job completed. JLC was in the top three references from a trusted source and two other references from neighbors with one having had the same work done by JLC. The crew was friendly and easily approachable when it came to any questions I had. Demitri, the companies owner was very pleasant to talk with and addressed my every concern with a spirit that gave me comfort during the entire process. Having to replace my sewer pipe was stressful because the job in my eyes would seem to be extensive but right from the start Demitri made me feel at ease. I'm glad and relieved I had chosen JLC not just because of the outstanding work done but more so for the heartful support along with it. From the first conversation with Demitri over the phone to the last one I had in his office it felt like I was talking with a friend. If your looking for a company that does proficient work with a great crew and an owner with honest expressed care then JLC is the company you want.

Recently, I encountered a problem with a broken pipe. On recommendation JLC Construction was called to asses my situation. I met with Mr. Demetri Costa and his associate who quickly assessed the issue and solved the problem without any delay. It was apparent Mr. Costa takes pride in the quality workmanship his company provides, and I could see why. My problem was solved thanks to his concern, skill, efficiency, and integrity. Having such a positive outcome, I would highly recommend JLC for any of your construction needs.

I don’t often write reviews but felt I needed for this company especially the owner Demetri. This is a company that legitimately cares about you and not about making money. So rare to see this now. Can’t recommend this company enough. Their workers are solid and skilled too. Charged me less than what he really should have. I had a crushed sewer pipe and they fixed it the same day.

Having a collapsed line just before the "real" cold weather started in January left me a bit panicked. Being as busy as he is, it took Demetri a little time to get me an estimate. However, I did have a start date. The estimate came, it was very reasonable. Of all the estimates I got, he was the only one to give me two. One to the main and one to the property line. As it turned out we only had to go to the property line. Phew!! This guy is honest, fair, and you would benefit from his expertise. Just be patient he will come through for you too.

My home septic line in the street was collapsed after road work was done. I contacted JLC construction & Dametri knew exactly what to do to get the city & there contractors to repair it. He is a wealth of knowledge & his advice was spot on. I am so thankful for his help!
