We had the team remove an old driveway and extend a new section last year. First, I will say that they arrived on time and did the job very carefully. The team was very helpful and Jason was very pleasant during his evaluation visit. They completed the work as described on their estimate. The issue came on the final stage of the project with the hand compacting. The unit left many marks that I thought (at the time) was dirt or other debris from the unit. I assumed (as a novice) since they did not comment on it as they were leaving, that the markings were of no concern and would either fade over time or be removed and cleaned after a good solid rain. We waiting several months later through till the winter season had passed. To our disappointment, the marks did not fade with time and we eventually came to realize that they were some sort of scratch on the asphalt that was made with the final hand compactor. We texted Jason several time with photos but he claimed he never got them. When we finally asked the owner to come out to see for himself, he looked around and just dismissed my concerns and claimed he did not see anything wrong. That this was a common occurrence that I would have to live with. He abruptly left. Stunned, that he would not stand behind his work, I decided to do a my first ever online review. (please see photos). Be warned and hopefully you will have better results but this left a bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend this firm at all.
