A recent customer said they showed up early and were tidy and courteous while painting three rooms. A 2026 customer said that after ice dam damage in their bathroom, they repaired the damaged wall, repainted the entire bathroom and replaced the flooring. A 2024 customer said Jay and his crew remodeled three bathrooms, starting after Thanksgiving and finishing before Christmas. A 2025 customer said Jay and his team removed popcorn ceilings from the entire house and created a partial wall on the staircase. A 2025 customer said Jay and his team added steps and a concrete patio to their deck, and a 2024 customer said Jay Santos and his crew rebuilt a back deck and cleared the yard of debris afterward. A 2024 customer whose job was subcontracted to JM said its employees broke the garage door and said nothing, and that the vacant property was left unlocked at the end of the work. A recent customer who asked for a kitchen renovation quote said the company came the next day to look, but when they called a week later they were told it was not done, and they hired a different contractor.
