I love my renovated kitchen and am very pleased that I chose JNG for the job. The communication was fantastic and I always knew where things stood. Jarrod, who took the lead on my project, is skilled and used his time very efficiently. When additional trades people were needed, JNG had the contacts to get people on site quickly. Their pricing was very fair and the project came in within the planned budget. In addition, I was looking for a company that would partner with me, allowing me to handle more basic parts of the project. I appreciate JNG’s flexibility.
JNG painted high up portions of our Victorian condominium and did a good job. They also replaced the front outside concrete steps that was falling apart with wood over the top of the concrete steps and the final layer was Trex. Their work on the steps was first rate and the results were excellent. They powered wash two decks and stained these decks. The appearance of these decks has improve significantly. The employees at JNG are easy to work with and attentive to request and hard working. We have hired JNG twice and were happy and satisfied with both jobs. Writer also hired JNG for a job on her individual condo and they did good work. In fact, we plan to hire them on a regular basis. With all three jobs the final cost was less than their estimates.
JNG has completed multiple jobs for me at this point, and every experience has been excellent. Jarred has been especially great — always upfront, honest, and easy to work with. Lindsey in the office is also fantastic, always on top of invoicing and quick to answer any questions. And of course, Neil never misses a beat. Every time I call about a new job, he’s quick to provide a transparent and realistic timeline and price. I truly appreciate this company and the professionalism they bring to every project.
