Jody went so far above and abound helping me and my girlfriend buy our first home together. We had no idea what we doing at any point and he guided us through every single step expertly, even after our closing. The night before closing on the house I was buying, the toilet flooded the entire bathroom. Jody brought one of his contractors (Adam Snow Plumbing), and the worker Devin ran water down the vent pipe outside and flooded my bathroom again! My fiance and I ended up buying the house out of fear of backing out because he said we were going to be charged a ton of fees, etc. This scammer (I mean Jody) told us he would reimburse us for the work done to the house, but instead ignored all of our calls in a time that is supposed to be exciting (first time home ownership). To this day I never heard back from this guy after closing. 0/5 STARS
My wife and I recently sold our home in NH and moved to Rhode Island. Jody was our representative and did an exceptional job. He was diligent and responsive., often going above and beyond to ensure the deal got done. We highly recommend Jody.
