Joe Marmai Building, Remodeling & Restoration

I am late in posting this review. This renovation was done spring 2024. I hired Joe Marmai a year ago to renovate my master bathroom and to update my downstairs bathroom. As I started preparing for the renovation I decided to make some changes to the original plan and Joe was great about accepting my requests, and tweaked the project to accommodate these changes. Both bathrooms are original to the house, but it was the master that really needed a lot of work. The bathtub was replaced by a walk-in shower, which came out amazing, and everything else in this bathroom was brought up to date. Gone are the wall tiles, which I hated to clean, and now it’s a simple and elegant bathroom. Love everything about it. My downstairs bathroom is now updated as well with a new vanity and other updated features. I am very happy with the results in both bathrooms and happy that I went with Joe Marmai as the contractor for this project. Joe takes pride in what he does, is very professional and stands by his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, you will be happy that you chose him.

We hired Joe to build a double-decker, three-season porch for our house and found him and his crew to be outstanding to work with. He was professional, responsive, and courteous throughout, and he and his team did excellent work that now looks great. We're thrilled with the end product, as it's now a vital addition to our home that we use everyday. Would absolutely work with him again. Highly recommend!

A quality builder and did his work just the way I wanted

We had Joe and his crew build a bedroom addition for us. From the minute we emailed Joe to come give a quote, he was responsive, friendly, attentive and handled all of our various changes along the way. Joe’s crew were amazing as well. It was a pleasure working with Joe and crew and honestly there wasn’t one time during our four month project that we were unhappy with our decision to choose Joe. He is excellent and his work is amazing.
