John Mc Nall

A master-bathroom gut, a $110,750 kitchen remodel in Newburyport, a Burlington basement renovation back in 1999 — the permitted work behind John Mc Nall is the whole-room kind, run out of 84 Marblehead Street in North Reading. His Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 113241, is active on the state registry in his own name. His BuildZoom profile puts him at 27 years in the trade, with eleven permitted projects listed. Alongside kitchens and baths he offers basement remodels, whole-home remodels and additions. If you are planning a gut renovation of a bathroom or kitchen, or a wider project across the house, ask him to walk you through a comparable job he has finished, and get the scope, the allowances and the schedule in writing before you sign.
