JP MASONRY & CLEANING

JP Masonry & Cleaning is a masonry contractor based in Lowell, Massachusetts, hired for brick and stone patios, walkways, steps, and tuckpointing. The company reports six years of experience and that staff speak Spanish, and its Angi listing also details concrete and masonry flatwork repair. Reviewers keep pointing to the same thing: hard work, professionalism, and close attention to detail. In a 2024 review, a homeowner described a patio built by a crew led by Wellinton, calling the finished work "beyond beautiful" and praising the team's detail and fair pricing. Another 2024 review described two leveled front stoops replaced with granite steps, with the reviewer saying calls and texts were returned in a timely manner and that they would recommend him. Google shows a 5-star average from 6 ratings. Its own profile lists an address on Central Street while its Angi listing gives a Franklin Street address, both in Lowell — worth confirming which is current. This is a solid call for patio, walkway, or masonry steps work; confirm the current address, and ask about licensing, insurance, and a written estimate before booking.
