A tree came down in the road and ripped the main wires off a customer's house; within minutes of the call, JRM Electric sent someone out around 5 pm, outside normal hours, to clip the wires back to the house at what that customer called a very fair price. JRM Electric is an electrical contractor whose Google page shows 5 stars from 64 ratings. A recent customer had a new electrical service and panel installed, and another had JRM handle the electric and sound system for a new home build. A general contractor recommends the company as a trade partner in Connecticut or Rhode Island. A 2025 customer said Jake replaced an existing generator system with a new Generac 24kv system on a tight timeline, at exactly the quoted cost. A 2026 customer said JRM serviced a residential generator and taught them how it works. A 2026 customer with dead outlets in a 1910 home said two workers crawled through an attic with deep blown-in insulation and found an old splice that needed rewiring. In 2026, a customer said Jake solved a power issue in less than 45 minutes. In 2024, a customer described a $19K+ job that took over 12 weeks instead of one, white receptacles installed where light almond was requested, unnecessary holes in the walls, and an owner who did not show up for the town's final inspection.
Jake and JRM eletrical are the company to call. We had a tree come down in the road and ripped the main wires right off our house. RI Energy told us we needed an electrician for the house side eletrical and within minutes of calling JRM, a service provider came out and got the wires clipped to the house back where they needed to be. This was also around 5 pm outside normal service hours while charging a very fair and affordable price. Thank you again guys.🙏
