A water heater let go on Thanksgiving morning in 2023. Mike picked up straight away, came over, and rather than quote a replacement he found the fault and saved the unit — the customer wrote that he had been sorting out her plumbing for years. In May 2025 another customer's hot water heater died and Peak had a new one in within the hour. In September 2024 a third came home to a flooded basement, called around, and got Austin, who took it start to finish. Peak Electric, Plumbing & Heating works out of Norton and covers all three trades on its name. Its Massachusetts electrical business licence, #9002, is active on the state registry. The company describes itself as family-owned, working residential and commercial jobs with 24/7 emergency cover; BuildZoom lists Ron Haskell as the owner. Ron runs the electrical side and Mike the plumbing, and the crew shows up in reviews by first name — Austin, Jake, Hunter, and Matt, who a 2024 customer identified as the apprentice. The electrical work described runs from small to structural: recessed lighting fitted by Hunter in November 2023, an EV charger planned and installed in just over half a day, a service upgrade from 100 to 200 amps, and the full electrical service for a house-and-garage addition. The plumbing side is drains and heat — a main drain blockage in 2023 traced to a whole-house trap that had broken underground and had to be cut out, sump pumps quoted the same day and installed the next after rain got into a new basement, and a gas boiler serviced and tuned in 2024 by Austin and Jake, who talked the owner through it and cleaned up after. What customers keep returning to is the explaining. A July 2026 repeat customer said the time they take to explain the work is what takes the stress out of a plumbing or electrical problem; a 2024 customer described Mike assessing the systems and quoting honestly, Ron coordinating, and Austin doing the work and narrating as he went. One thing to weigh: a large share of the written accounts were posted inside a single week in late November 2023, so the record is deep in that stretch and thinner on either side. Ask for a recent reference. The obvious call for a job that needs two of the three trades at once — a remodel where the panel and the pipes have to be coordinated, or an emergency at an awkward hour — anywhere around Norton. Ask which side of the shop owns your job, and get the quote in writing before work starts.
A reliable company with professional knowledgeable and kind employees! Have use Peak a number of times and each experience has been handled timely with care. What I really admire is how they take the time to explain their work, which for me took the stress out of my plumbing/electric emergency! You can tell these guys love what they do! Will be using them again for any future plumbing heating or electric issues!

Great experience with this company! Mike provided honest, reliable quotes and took time to come out and assess my systems. Ron has been friendly and professional coordinating the job. Austin actually did the work, and he was exceptional! Friendly- sharing information as he worked, making sure all my concerns were met, thorough work down to each detail, went above and beyond to do additional steps where needed just to do the job right and be helpful! I will be having this company back for additional work!
Mike, Ron, and their team were excellent to work with. They covered all electrical and plumbing work from beginning of the project through the finished product. Punctual, professional, and adjusted and adapted to the project changes seamlessly. Highly Recommend
