JRT Electric LLC is an electrical contractor whose website says it does residential, commercial and new construction electrical work. Its Connecticut electrician license, ELC.0189090-E1, held by JRT ELECTRIC LLC, is active on the state registry. One customer says JRT did the complete wiring for their new build home: the interior with dual furnaces and AC units, a generator, landscape lighting, a built-in pool and pool shed, and a golf simulator. That customer says their builder was impressed. When pre-wiring had to be done a couple of weeks before JRT's project start date because it was holding up a concrete pour, a customer says JRT rerouted a crew on their way home from another project to take care of it. A business customer says Jake and the JRT team arrived on time and diagnosed the issue quickly. In a 2025 review, a customer said JRT handled the renovation electrical work for their cat café, including the lighting. A 2025 customer said Jake's work came in within budget and the quote and that he finished ahead of schedule. In 2025, a customer with multiple projects at their home said JRT left the workspace spotless after each visit, and a 2025 reviewer wrote that the company had recently installed electric car charging. On Google it holds 4.7 stars from 14 ratings.
JRT continues to provide exceptional service at a good value.
Unexpectedly some pre-wiring needed to be done immediately, a couple weeks before JRT's project start date. Was holding up a concrete pour. JRT was completely accommodating and pleasant about the scheduling snafu, not their fault. They rerouted a crew on their way home from another project and took care of the pre-wiring in a jiffy, and best of all they didn't seem to mind about it.

The most recent and, in our opinion the most important, was the complete wiring for our new build home, including all interior with dual furnaces and ac units, a generator, landscape lighting, built in pool and pool shed and my husband's golf simulator. Our builder was extremely impressed. The team at JRT are prompt, courteous, tidy, incredibly professional and extremely reasonably priced.
