Juarez Landscaping and Tree Services is a Peabody, MA crew built around chainsaws and stump grinders more than fence posts — even though this listing surfaced them under fencing, the bulk of what people actually call them for is a tree coming down or a yard that needs a serious cleanup. AJ (Amilcar Juárez) and his brother Walter started the company in 2016, and regulars talk about the crew by first name — AJ, Elias, Erik. The numbers back that reputation up: 4.8 out of 5 across 195 Google ratings and the same 4.8 across 143 on Angi, built over years of repeat business. BBB gives the company an A+, and Peabody's Chamber of Commerce lists them as a member. Recent jobs follow a pattern — a branch assessment where the crew came back and cleaned up debris left from the day before, a stump-and-pruning job worked partly by bucket truck and partly by climbing with a crew one reviewer called careful, and a Sunday phone call that turned into a finished yard by the following week. In April, Elias and his team put in a new fence that one family called neat and prompt, leaving the site spotless — the fence work holds up, it just isn't the volume business here. Not everything is frictionless. A new automated phone system drew a complaint recently for making it hard to reach a live person to arrange a job. That echoes an older, recurring pattern: a handful of reviews over the past couple of years describe a quote promised after a site visit that never showed up. None of it touches the quality of finished work — the friction shows up between the first visit and what happens next, so get a firm date on the estimate before you count on it. For tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, or a seasonal cleanup, the volume and consistency of reviews make the case. If you specifically want a fence, ask to see recent examples rather than assuming it's a specialty — the one recent job held up well, but there isn't much else here to judge it against.

We hired Juarez Landscaping to cut some branches and assess the health of others. We had a positive impression of AJ when he met with us and he followed through with everything we'd agreed on. They showed up on time and communicated with us as they went along...even cleaned up yard debris that I had put there the day before! Very pleased with their work.

We have used Juarez Landscaping and Tree Services many times over the years, and they have never disappointed us. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality are outstanding, and every project is completed to perfection. They also have some of the friendliest and most professional employees we’ve worked with. I highly recommend them for any outdoor project, big or small. If you want the job done right and to your exact standards, they are the company to call.

Great experience. Our yard was a disaster and needed a huge clean up. They did an amazing job. Looking forward to continued work by them.

This is the second time I have had Juarez Tree Service take down trees. The crew is courteous of our property and the surrounding neighbors, they did an excellent job both times and we wouldn't hesirtate to recommend them. They are a great company.
