New Generation Landscaping & Fence is a Peabody company built around two things people keep hiring them for by name: fences and yard work. Led by Elder Juarez, the crew shows up in review after review — installing wood and vinyl fencing, laying sod, building patios and fire pits, clearing overgrown yards — and the throughline across nearly seven years of reviews is speed paired with a fair price. Google puts them at 5.0 across 50 ratings, Thumbtack 4.8 across 76, and Angi 4.6 across 17; BBB accredits them at an A+. The pattern that shows up constantly: a fast initial response (one reviewer said Tomas showed up to quote within hours of the first call), then a job finished in a day or two once it starts, even when scheduling itself took three or four weeks. A recent reviewer describes a full yard transformation — a new path, sitting area, plants and sod — completed in a single day. Pricing comes up unprompted, too: reviewers who shopped multiple companies repeatedly call New Generation's quote the best of the bunch, including one large-yard fence job. One household has kept them on for two full seasons of weekly maintenance and seasonal clean-ups on top of separate landscaping projects, and in a 2023 review a customer credited the crew with staying calm and professional through a neighbor's rude comments during installation. The record isn't spotless. In a 2022 review, a customer said a deposit went unreturned after they cancelled a job before work began, despite being told it would be refunded — they described texting three times and filing an unanswered BBB complaint. In a 2020 review, another customer reported patchy overseeding and unexplained scrape marks left on their driveway, and said Elder didn't follow up after being contacted about the seeding problem. Both are dated accounts rather than recent ones — the last six months show ten reviews with nothing negative among them. New Generation is a solid call for a fence job or a broader yard overhaul where speed and price matter, especially once you're past the initial multi-week scheduling wait that several reviewers mention. Given the deposit dispute, it's worth getting refund terms in writing before paying anything down.
“I have [New Generation](https://share.google/804gCYnlHhhdJNoEL) out of Peabody coming out tomorrow, so I can let you know how it goes!”
Elder was very helpful in planning. The crew was extremely efficient and did an amazing amount of work in one day. My yard was transformed , I am beyond delighted. Preston’s path, sitting area, many plants and grasses added to beds. Sod was placed. The detail was exactly as planned
Elder and the team at New Generation did a fantastic job installing the fence and it looks great! Highly recommend them for any fence/landscaping projects!
Very happy with the fence!
The fence looks great, & very feels sturdy! They said the fence would be a one day job, but they had a 3-4 week wait. They came out the start of the 4th week and got it done in one day. Fair pricing and free quote. They were even great about moving their truck when I forgot to move my car out of the way the night before.
Completed in one day within the specfied 3-4week waiting period. Great quaity work at comparable prices. And they're very accomodating and kind.
