For a household signing a US contract in a second language, that is the practical difference. The work spans more than one lane. A landlord in February said she placed a qualified tenant in a rental in under a month and answered questions quickly throughout. Another client this June credited how fast she surfaced alternative options and how closely she tracked the current market. On the sell side, a client in late June described a difficult stretch finding a buyer and credited her patience through it — useful to know if you are listing into a slow market, since the search can run long. One thing to pin down: her site states both Massachusetts and Rhode Island real estate licenses, but only the Massachusetts one comes back active in the state registry, so ask directly if your search crosses the state line. The Accredited Buyer Representative designation and the relocation-consultant title also come from her own site rather than from anything checked independently here. If you are buying, selling, or renting across the South Shore and the inner suburbs — and particularly if you would rather work through a purchase and sale in Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin than in English — she is a reasonable first call. Confirm which state you need her licensed in, and how she plans to price and market your home, before signing a listing agreement.
