I consider Jay Nuss to be the encyclopedia of knowledge for Commercial Real Estate in Eastern Ma. due to his many years of experience. Honest, hard working and trust worthy, I would use no one else.

There aren't enough stars on the 1-5 scale to say how much I appreciate Nuss Realty. They contacted me by mail about a property that I have rented to a church, just asking if I had any interest in selling, and offering to make an estimate of the property. I get these things all the time and they usually go straight to the garbage. But even in this first communication, I found that things were put so well and clearly and up-front that I figured 'sure; why not? I'm not selling soon, but having a better sense of the place's current value might be helpful for thinking long-term about when I might sell some day.' I let them know that I would be interested in them performing an estimate, but that it was unlikely I was going to sell anytime soon. Liz, Angela, and Jay all came out and did a careful and expert estimate of the property. They were courteous, respectful, and highly knowledgeable. I resolved that I would make use of them if were ever to sell, but I reiterated that I wasn't interested in selling now. They were totally chill about this, despite all three having come down from Braintree. But they also asked me about the tax status of the property, since it is rented to a church. This had never occurred to me, since the church is not the owner. They offered to interface with the town about having the status adjusted. I won't go into it too deeply, but suffice to say they were incredibly good at this and ultimately successful. I think they liked the idea of doing the church and the community a solid, because they charged me nothing for this work. It's rare to find a team that are such good people and so very sharp. I'm extremely grateful to Nuss.
