One June 2026 reviewer named the operator as Miles Jordan, and April and May 2026 reviewers called Miles the owner. Its Google page shows 5 stars from 70 ratings. In June 2026 a reviewer said Miles replied on a Sunday, texted when he was on his way, and sent photos of their things as they were sorted into recycling, dump and donations. In May 2026, a customer who submitted a contact form said Miles came for an on-site estimate the same day and removed everything the same day. In May 2026 the Charlotte Grange hired Junkit to remove a very old upright piano from the second floor of the Grange Hall; Miles and Toby left the area neat and clean. In April 2026 Miles and Toby removed a hot tub from a customer's backyard, and another April 2026 customer said Miles and his crew did a large fence demolition and removal. In September 2026 a reviewer said the team cleared out a large number of items to get a home ready for closing. In an August 2025 review, a customer said Miles removed unwanted items from their garage, including a broken-down lawn tractor with a flat tire that he moved onto the truck on his own, then swept and shop-vacuumed the garage.
