Justin Woodbury is an Athol electrician whose most recent Google review is a complaint about waiting for a quote. In December 2024, a customer who had been recommended to him wrote that he viewed the job before the pandemic, that they waited for an emailed quote, "gave him a few buzzes inbetween to try and check in," and that after well over 2 months the answer was still "oh I'll get it to you." The reviewer gave 2 stars and called the response time and communication not very good. The earlier reviews describe the work itself. In a January 2022 Google review, a customer said Justin fit them in between jobs when their main breaker had failed, replaced it quickly and got the home warm again. A February 2019 review says he fixed an incorrectly wired generator transfer switch that a previous electrician had installed. Two 2021 reviews call him punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Google shows 4 stars from 7 ratings, with written reviews running from 2019 to 2024. His Massachusetts electrician licence #23405-EL-A is active, held by Justin Woodbury.
Was recommended him and really wanted him to do the work. Waited patiently for the quote to be sent via. Email. [Mind you he viewed the job before the pandemic]. So okay with an email quote etc. Gave him a few buzzes inbetween to try and check in to see if it was put together. Now it has been well over 2 months... not very good response time or communication, just "oh I'll get it to you". Don't like being blatantly blown off :/.
Justin fit me in between jobs. My main breaker had failed and he came out and quickly replaced it and got my home warm again. I couldn’t be more thankful and he will be getting all my future electrical work.
Very punctual and professional. Also, very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
Knows exactly what he is doing. Great job. Very pleasant. Very pleased with his work.
Great job. Fixed an incorrectly wired generator transfer switch that a previous electrician botched when installed. Highly recommend Justin Woodbury.
