They installed an air conditioner unit and left an absolute mess in the attic. Trash and wires. They didn’t wire it properly and didn’t even wire the float pan switch.

Do not waste your money on the shotty work these people put out. They seem to love taking advantage of people and refuse to fix their mistakes. They installed a brand new system for me and in a few months it failed. After mutliple attempts to get them to fix their mistakes and many missed appointments with no communication, they came back out and "fixed" it again. This again lasted months before it failed again. Now after more lies saying they'd be back to fix it they simply never show up. I spent way too much money on this to have the work performed so poorly. Now I have to pay another company to fix their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money or time on this company. Find a trustworthy company that communicates!!

Brandon and his team did an excellent job repairing my air conditioning unit. Throughout the process, which required Brandon to obtain a part that was under warranty from the manufacturer and not easy to obtain, his follow up, communication and responsiveness were much appreciated. He and his team were also respectful and courteous, and I would not hesitate to recommend or use them in the future.

I am so thankful for Brandon, he helped us to fix our heater, he was very helpful, I definitely recommend him, thank you very much.

Heat failed on a very cold night late on a weekend. Call K&B and they responded in 20 minutes when everyone else didn’t want to even bother. Very professional and got the job done. Heat system working great and they were very reasonably price
