Consumers Propane is a Woonsocket fuel company whose website marks 100 years in business. A 2025 Reddit commenter wrote that a company called Paraco from New York had just bought it. A 2026 customer reviewed the Woonsocket Paraco team for removing two 60-plus-year-old oil tanks from a father's basement and replacing them with one new tank, a job finished in about 4 hours. That customer called Consumers the family's go-to oil company for decades. A recent customer said the propane level is monitored, delivery comes on time and the delivery team is neat and respectful of the property. A 2026 customer woke to no heat and no hot water and had a technician on the way within a half hour of calling. A recent customer said a delivery request kept being delayed until it took over a month, with poor communication. A 2026 customer, out of propane for over two weeks, said ordering had become hard after the buyout. A recent customer said the tank was disconnected while they were away, with no warning, and fees they were told would be credited were still billed. In 2025, a customer whose air conditioning the company installed two years earlier said a refrigerant leak repair stretched to a month without cooling.

FINALLY!!!!!! After almost a year of sending many emails pictures and an estimate, Consumers approved the repairing of my driveway. too many negatives I could write but I'll leave it at this and you can make your own inference. If dragging your feet, avoiding correspondence and trying to avoid responsibility is a sign of a trust worthy business then you will be the best. no respect from a disabled senior. Several months ago their driver backed into my driveway and gouged a large piece of asphalt out as well as caused deep tires marks . Many attempts via text messages on my part as well as a request to have communication in this manner, I received 2 texts and 1 phone call. I sent pictures twice. I've been more than patient and reached out to the tv station. Next move up s on them. Btw. I have video of your truck. Bad business practice to ignore a complaint. Waiting for you

Totally leave you hanging! Called to get 2 tanks delivered and sign contract. Karen was the woman who needed to come to the home to inspect. Told us we were all set for tanks no permit needed. But now we've been waiting a week to get the contract emailed to us so we have gas...Well after at least 10 calls to her directly and to other people to get messages to her. She still will not call back to schedule our service install. We are unable to cook. Thanks Consumers. And Karen...your a complete waste of my time. I ran to another company. Just an FYI Consumers. You have people trying to be customers but karen blows of your new potential customers and walks them into the arms of other gas companies
