K & D Cleaning Service is a Lowell house-cleaning crew whose reviews keep circling back to one name: Lorena. A real estate agent says she's hired the team repeatedly to turn properties around fast and in pristine condition before showings, then referred her own clients to the same crew. The six Google reviews on file run from 2022 to 2024 and are five stars across the board — Google's own page shows a 5.0 average from a dozen ratings. A 2024 review credited the crew with always showing up on time and never cancelling; the shorter 2022 reviews told the same story in fewer words, several customers simply calling the work professional. The record is still thin, but nothing on it is negative, and the strongest account — a repeat-hiring realtor who now sends her own clients — is the kind of endorsement that's hard to fake.
I’ve hired Lorena on multiple occasions and she’s never disappointed! As a Realtor it’s important that I have properties turned around not only quickly but also in pristine condition and Lorena has helped make that happen. I also refer her to my clients who are equally as pleased with her work.
I highly recommend K &D cleaning for anyone seeking exceptional cleaning services. Not only does she do an impeccable job, but she also consistently arrives on time and never cancels appointments. Her efficiency is impressive, and she always completes the job with honesty and integrity. I'm grateful to have found such a reliable and trustworthy cleaner!
