These guys are terrible! They don’t return calls or stand behind their work!!! Seems they are most interested in installing doors for builders and running!

I would recommend not using K&S for your overhead door repair. Initial appointment was not first thing as promised but happened hours later at lunchtime. Agreement was made to come back next morning to do the repair. Didn’t happen and there was no notification. Texted in the afternoon and was told something else came up that was more important than my repair. Buyer beware and it’s not unreasonable to expect your contractor to show up and do the repair at a time they’ve set. There are other options out there that don’t leave you taking off work and waiting around. Good luck and don’t use this company.
