About a month ago I contacted Kay's Solutions for an estimate to deep clean my house. When the owner came over to do her walk through, I was completely impressed from the start. She treated me like a person versus a dollar sign. She was extremely easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. (Which the 2 previous company's did not and one I asked to leave before they were done with their estimate) I appreciated that she asked me which chemicals or products I preferred to use in my house. To me it felt like I was speaking to not just a business woman but to a woman who cares for other people's opinions. After showering her around and requesting what I was looking for she that same day sent me over a quote itemizing everything I wanted. She quickly answered texted messages within 15 minutes with answers to all my questions. When her and her team came to deep clean my house, they were extremely professional and so accommodating to my 2yr old who happen to be home that day. The detail they put into my home was absolutely mind-blowing. When they were done, my home smelled and looked like it belonged in a magazine. I also love the fact that you can customize your cleanings each time. I absolutely love that she does that because I haven't seen any other company do that. Kay's Solutions will be my forever people.
