Thirty-five years in business, by the Better Business Bureau's count, which grades the Weymouth general contractor A+ and names John Iredale as the owner. One thing to square away first: the state registry shows the company's home improvement contractor registration, #127614, as expired. Ask for the current registration number before you sign anything, and look it up yourself on the state's home improvement contractor register. For remodeling and general contracting work around Weymouth, start there, then get the scope, the payment schedule and a current certificate of insurance in writing before any money changes hands.
