Niall, was my project manager and he handled my burst pipe problem with a keen eye on excellent customer service and solutions. He coordinated with my insurance adjuster and all the appropriate people at his company with ease and provided great communication. Great job done in my home after I experienced water damage. The guys were so thoughtful, considerate, respectful and very thorough. I really appreciate how they thought of me by leaving a bit of counter space, installed a temporary sink, so I could still use my kitchen to some extent. They also packed the contents of the damages cabinets in boxes and labeled them for easy access. I highly recommend Boston Harbor Restoration Company and I personally want to thank Patrick for his responsiveness, Justin and his partner I think his name is Jose and all the other guys who came to clean up.

Boston Harbor Restoration is, without a doubt, the best company I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, professional, and communicative—truly the nicest people. Their service was outstanding, and they completed everything exactly within the timeline and price they promised. I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about them. If you’re ever dealing with a major water issue or damage, they handle everything from start to finish and make a difficult situation so much easier.
